Set a Public Hearing – Slow Speed Minimum Wake Zone in the vicinity of Boca Grande Causeway
Set a public hearing for Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., or soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider approval of an ordinance amending article II, Chapter 3-1 of the Charlotte County Code; amending the size of the slow speed minimum wake zone for vessels operating in areas adjacent to the Boca Grande Causeway.
No action needed. New marine markers are budgeted in the Boater Improvement Fund, as approved in the FY16 budget process. Funding is supplied from State boater registration fees.
