Approval of the Third Amendment to Lease Agreement between Lee County and Trico Shrimp Company, Inc. outlines the County’s sole financial responsibility as it pertains to the payment of any and all fees (FY 15 $10,578) associated with the Sovereignty Submerged Lands Lease No.: 360009075 with the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida. The State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of State Lands, determined that at the renewal of the Sovereignty Submerged Lands Lease No.: 360009075 with the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida that Trico Shrimp Company, Inc., a long time lessee with Lee County, be party to the Sovereignty Submerged Lands Lease.
